Weekend Itinerary

Friday- Arrival to Airport; Rental Car to Hotel; Arrive from Airport 2 different times

Saturday- Whitewater Rafting, Ziplining,  or Aerial Park

Sunday- St Mary's Glacier Hiking Trail, Smartphone Driving Tour b/w Breckenridge & Denver, Casino, or Shopping

Monday- Drive back to Airport for Departure

General Details of the Trip

Date of Event: Friday July 14th- Monday July 17th

Accomodations: Ameristar Casino Resort; Black Hawk, Colorado (Outside of Denver, Colorado)

Main Activity Attraction: Colorado Adventure Center (https://www.raftingcolorado.com/denver-rafting-trips/) (Spaces fill up fast so would like to purchase tickets 2 months ahead)

Trip Insurance (10% of demographic total)

Trip Insurance allows you to cancel up to 24 hours prior to your event start time and receive all of your money back (minus the insurance cost). For groups of 10 or more, this allows you to cancel up until 2 weeks before your trip.

Booties ($5.00 / add-on)

Neoprene booties fit securely over your bare feet to keep them warm and protected. We highly recommend these for all raft trips in all seasons.

Splash jacket ($5.00 / add-on)

A waterproof splash jacket fits securely around the neck and wrists to keep your upper body dry and protected. We recommend this for early season trips and/or if you get cold easily.

Veggie Sandwich Lunch ($15.00 / add-on)

We partner with a local deli, Smiling Moose Deli, to offer you sack lunches at a very reasonable rate. This lunch includes a vegetarian sandwich, a piece of fruit, a baked good and a water bottle.

Turkey Sandwich Lunch ($15.00 / add-on)

We partner with a local deli, Smiling Moose Deli, to offer you sack lunches at a very reasonable rate. This lunch includes a turkey sandwich, a piece of fruit, a baked good and a water bottle.

Payment Due Dates

Invoices will be sent out after registration form is filled out. Please give us up to 48 hours after April 8th to send invoices. 

Total Payments will be split into 3 payments.

Deposit Due: April 8th 

2nd Payment: May 13th + Payment for Activities at Colorado Adventure Center (Prices may differ per person)

Final Payment: June 10th

We will do another meet & greet as other people join Girls Trip Travel Group and want to go to the event as well and meet other Ladies. Stay Tuned for those details. Cancellation Policy:

-Follow the Cancellation Policy for the Colorado Adventure Center. Non-Refundable up to 24 hours with purchase of Trip Insurance 10% of total cost. 

-Hotel Accomodations and Transportation is non-refundable unless there is someone on our waitlist that is willing to pay for the trip as a replacement. If there is a replacement for you a refund will be refunded as soon as Girls Trip Travel Group receives payment. If all 3 payments are not completed with a roommate the roommate may have to be refunded if you are not replaced.  Please contact the Executive Organizer of any cancellations.
